Complete bathrooms
Everything is removed and the room rebuilt from the substrate outward. Once the old sanitaryware and tiling have gone we address whatever has been concealed behind them, then set the services out to suit how the room will actually be used.

Shower rooms
This nearly always begins with a bath that has not been used in years. Once it has gone the room reads considerably larger, and in a bathroom of ordinary proportions the whole exchange occupies days rather than weeks.

Wet rooms
Remove the tray altogether and the floor becomes the shower — sealed throughout and graded toward the outlet. There is nothing whatsoever to step over, which is why we propose it most often where mobility is the governing concern.

Level floors, trays with almost no upstand, and rails anchored into something that will genuinely bear a person’s weight.
